Our Team
We started like many others, by working hard as general contractors and creating value in our developments.
We then imagined how it would be if we could be in the driver's seat, to make swift and timely decisions that could help save time, efforts and money. That is our Vision, to bring added value to our projects and partners by keeping things simple, easy to understand and follow through.
We've been involved with Construction for over 4 Decades, we have been Contractors, General Contractors and Developers. We have had projects from Nebraska to Nevada, from Utah to Idaho. Thanks to the Vision of our founder Jay Jenks, we went from HVAC contractors, to General Contractors and then to Developers, we are rooted in Northern Utah, and we take pride in what we do.
"Just remember, everytime you are out there, you are representing our company, our clients and our values" - Jay Jenks
Drawing upon our collective wealth of experience, we've meticulously crafted a space where we can maximize value for our investors, contractors, and end users with unparalleled efficiency. Our extensive years of navigating diverse challenges and undertaking various projects have enabled us to fine-tune both our processes and product offerings to deliver the most optimal results.
We understand our markets and our customers, hence we are always innovating, adjust, recalibrating and set for success
we have decided to focus on 3 Major markets that have been thriving and will continue to for the foreseable future.
There is no better way to prepare for the future than deeply understanding our present, and learning from the past. The Boomer generation has been the wealthiest ever and we are helping them with projects that suit them both as investors and as end users.
We will always treat our customers, trade partners, and all stakeholders with respect, speaking truth with kindness, listening to their voices and give always a serious thought to others input.
That is what has propelled us towards and what backs us up.
